Stop Frame Frenzy

For many weeks we have been planning and preparing, then came the stop frame frenzy, which we all enjoyed, we really are madly trying to finish our films before we break up.  Mrs Cooper has aimed super high this time. Our films are a complicated mix of stop frame animation, real live video footage, crazytalk pieces and still images. The soundtracks have been recorded and edited where necessary in Audacity.  We have used royalty free music stings too to add pazzaz!  The whole thing has been edited in Windows movie maker and we have learnt so much.  We have had to have a structured filing system on our server, as the groups of pupils are often in different classes, and we needed to keep track of where all our data was saved.  Mrs Cooper has even let us work a few lunchtimes, which we really enjoyed. We only have an hour for ICT club and at teh end of the session, we never are ready to go home!
Many of our "Teacher Comforts" films are completed, here is a screen grab, showing that we used a Snake for Mr Hudson (no offence!)  When we can upload our whole film to show you, we hope you will let us know what you think.  Please come back soon when Mrs Cooper will upload the films.
