Editing our finised Pivot gifs

Today we edited our clips using windows movie maker. We imported our clips then added music we moved the music about so it matched the clip, then we added titles and credits we typed in what we wanted it to say then changed the font colour and animation this was fun.

Some of us used Dance EJ which let us create our own music you could add drums, guitars and so on. Then we chose if we wanted to use our own music or the royalty free music.

Animations

"Disco Land Danger" by Harry
"Karate vs Droid" by Daniel D

"Man falling off a ladder" by Amina

This week we spent half our time making an animated gif via Pivot Stickfigure..and half the time using an iPad app called Animation Creator HD Express. We all found that it was easier in Pivot (on the PC) as it gives you the characters to animate instead of making your own which you had do on Animation Creator HD Express. It was quite tricky as sometimes it didn't read our touch. We made different clips Dominic made on the iPad he called "dot world". Also we were not able to share those created on the iPad with the free version of the app.  Have you used the Animation Creator App in your school? Perhaps you could get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.
